This autumn all eyes are on Hamburg’s Latin American and Caribbean Fall Festival (Lateinamerika- und Karibik-Herbst), whose theme is “Migrants and Travellers.” The EU-LAC Foundation, CAF Development Bank of Latin America and the GIGA cordially invite you to the joint opening ceremony of the Festival and the Seminar “Forging Bonds with Emigrants: Challenges for Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean,” which will bring together leading policymakers, scholars, and representatives from international organisations.
