The GIGA journal Africa Spectrum and the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein, South Africa, are inviting submissions for the third Young African Scholar Award.

The GIGA journal Africa Spectrum is calling for proposals for the third Young African Scholar Award, to be submitted by 30 September 2018.
