The GIGA Once Again Receives the TOTAL -E-QUALITY Award for Equal Opportunities

The TOTAL-E-QUALITY (TEQ) award is presented every three years and recognises organisations that actively promote equal opportunities in the workplace. The GIGA has been advocating gender equality, work–life balance, and diversity across the board for years, setting an important example for the future of equal opportunity-oriented personnel and organisational policies in the wider research landscape. We are delighted that our ongoing efforts to create an inclusive and fair working environment have been recognised by TEQ for the second time.
