The health protection of our users and employees is our first priority! Therefore, the usage of the IZ is restricted and the following measures are necessary:

Workplaces in the IZ

The use of IZ's premises by external users is not possible.

Lending of media

Ordered media can be borrowed by appointment at the Neuer Jungfernstieg location and at the Rothenbaumchaussee location (printed Asian media).

• Media has to be ordered by e-mail.

• As soon as the media are ready, you choose an available time slot of up to 30 minutes. During this time slot, we will be on premises and borowing is possible.

• Wearing a medical mouth-nose protection is mandatory in the entire building without exception.

• A minimum distance of 1.5 m from other persons must be maintained at all times.

• Disinfectant dispensers are available in the entrance area of the IC.

• When collecting your media, you must identify yourself with a valid identity document (registration certificate, if applicable). We record this data (name, address, telephone number) for lending purposes, contact details are also collected, if required by regulation.

Return of media

Media borrowed at both locations can be returned contactless at Neuer Jungfernstieg. For this purpose, labelled GIGA lockers are available in the foyer. Exceptions are possible if new media are borrowed at the same time.
